CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA CHIA PUDDING

Base
1 cup plant-based or dairy milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
1 banana (mashed)
Toppings
1/4 cup of your favourite granola
Banana slices
1 tbs freeze-dried raspberries
1 tbsp

METHOD
Combine chia seeds, mashed banana, maple syrup and cacao powder with your choice of milk in a bowl or container and let soak over night in the fridge.
In the morning top with your favourite granola, banana slices, freeze-dried raspberries and a big spoonful of
