CHOC PB&J CHIA PUDDING

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Chia pudding base
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp
Fix & Fogg Peanut Butter and Jelly
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 3/4 cup oat milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Topping
Coconut yoghurt
Raspberries
Coconut

METHOD
In a medium sized bowl mix together all base ingredients, folding until well combined.
Leave in the fridge overnight (or until absorbed) and top with coconut yoghurt, fresh raspberries and shredded coconut.
